Eligibility and Booking Requirements :

• Air/Train tickets must be booked exclusively through one of the following authorised Government of India travel agents – Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd., Ashok Travels & Tours or IRCTC by the participants themselves.
• Travel support will be provided strictly on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 25 registered outstation participants, up to INR 20,000 for round-trip economy class airfare or up to AC II tier train travel. After booking kindly send us the confirmation ticket at : rupanjan.banerjee@cas.iitd.ac.in or joswin.p.joy@cas.iitd.ac.in to be considered for the support.
• Tickets booked through private or online aggregators, including but not limited to MakeMyTrip, EaseMyTrip, and airline websites (e.g., IndiGo or Air India direct bookings), will not be eligible for reimbursement.

Reimbursement Process :

• Original boarding pass for onward journey and web check-in boarding pass for return.
• Official booking receipt/invoice issued by the authorised travel agent.

Disclaimer : Reimbursement will be processed after the conclusion of the event. To reimburse your travel allowance, you MUST submit the documents mentioned above to the KlimaNEXIS organizing team. Requests that do not comply with the above requirements will not be considered for reimbursement.
