Poster Guidelines
- Poster areas will be equipped with poster boards and necessary materials for mounting your poster.
Poster Format
- Poster size: 118 cm (height) × 84 cm (width)
- Orientation: A0 – Portrait
Poster Content Requirements
- Title of your work
- Company / Institution name
- Country
- E-mail address of the lead presenter
- All paragraphs should be justified (straight-edged) on both the left and right margins.
PPT Guidelines
- 3 slides (maximum).
- 4 minutes presentation + 1 minute Q&A
Oral Presentation – Submission Guidelines
- Slots for oral presentations are limited.
- Please submit a 100-word summary of your presentation by 6 February.
- Authors selected for oral presentation will be notified by 7 February via email.

Poster Submission & Printing
- Please prepare your poster using the official template available on the website.
- Submit your poster by 10 February to:

KlimaNEXIS team will take care of printing your poster and displaying it on the poster board.
